Returns Policy
You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the purchase date.
We offer refunds to your original payment method for all online purchases. We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full priced items purchased in-store. Sale items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.
Returns must adhere to the following:
- In original packaging
- No signs of wash/wear
- Tags must not be damaged or removed
- No stains/hairs/odours
- Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact
We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the costs of the item being returned.
Purchases made between the 13th of November and the 22nd of December can be returned up until the 5th January 2025.
Free In-store Returns
We accept returns in-store for all in-store purchases and full price online orders*. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Simply present your order confirmation, e-receipt or store receipt to process your return. We are unable to accept returns without proof of purchase.
Refunds
Return free of charge for a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
*Sale items purchased in-store are eligible for a refund to store credit or exchange only. Sale items purchased online are not accepted in store, you are able to return these via post.
Exchanges
Exchange free of charge for any item(s) stocked at store or redeem the value of your exchanged item(s) against a future purchase.

- Post your return back to us via your chosen courier
- Complete payment via link once received*
