We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.

Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Manière De Voir Gift Card.

All transactions are processed via Shopify Payments, Google Pay,  Apple Pay or PayPal, and are encrypted for your safety.

All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. We work closely with Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using your card online.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

UK Exchanges 

Exchanges cost £3.99 per request. You’ll receive a payment link once your return reaches our warehouse and your exchange order is created. Payments must be made within 7 days to confirm your exchange request. If a payment is not received within 7 days your exchange order will be cancelled and refunded.

We offer size exchanges on all UK orders. Simply add a note when registering your return for the new size you’ve requested. Exchanges are subject to stock.

Alternatively, you can ship your return to us via your own method. Please keep your return receipt safe until we confirm receipt of your return.

International Exchanges

We don’t offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement size/colour.

If you need to re-order or are planning to shop again you can opt for an e-gift card as your refund method. The e-gift card will be issued to your e-mail address once we’ve received your unwanted items. By opting for an e-gift card you won’t have to wait the 3-5 working days for your refund to hit your bank account, once processed by our returns team.

We also offer Buy Now Pay Later options at checkout. Allowing you to re-order your replacement instantly after making your return whilst waiting for your refund to reach you. Once your refund hits your account you can then simply pay of your Buy Now Pay Later statement.
