Next Day Delivery is available Monday to Friday up until 8pm. 

If you order on a Friday our courier delivers on a Saturday.

Next Day Delivery orders after 8pm on Friday until 2pm on Sunday are delivered on Monday.

Next Day Delivery orders after 2pm on Sunday up until 8pm Monday are delivered Tuesday. 

Please note, couriers do not deliver on bank holidays, so please allow an extra day for delivery.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If in the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please fill out the returns form in full < click here > and send the item/s to:

We accept returns in their original conditions, with tags attached, in the Maniere De Voir original packaging and no evidence of stains or odours attached to the item. If when the item has come back to us and has been inspected, and we notice a mark or a smell of the item, we do have the right to send this back to you. 

Order cancellations must be made in writing via email or letter within 14 working days after the first day of possession. To cancel your order please contact us at contact@manieredevoir.com or send a letter to our returns address above, including your order number to discuss next steps.

Your return needs to arrive back to our warehouse within 14 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to send the item/s back to Manière De Voir’s warehouse if you require a refund or an exchange.

If you placed your order using our Click & Collect service, the responsibility of the return of the item is that of the customer who purchased the order.

Underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. 

Once your return has arrived back to us, we will process this as quickly as possible, however, the process may take up to 5 working days. If you have checked your tracking number and your return has arrived back to us and it has surpassed the 5 working days, please drop us an email at contact@manieredevoir.com.

We offer refunds on all full price items and store credit on a e-gift card for sale items.

Sale & End of Line Items - Manière De Voir reserves the right to apply a £3.99 restocking fee for a final sale item.
