There are three tiers: Silver, Gold and Black. Your entry and maintenance in a tier is determined by your annual spend (full-price items only).

Welcome and birthday discount codes expire after 30 days and can only be used once.
To receive MDV Rewards exclusive benefits, members must only use a maximum of two delivery addresses (not including click and collect locations).
Not in a Tier
Once you reach a tier’s specific entry requirement, you will automatically be enrolled. this can take up to 45 working days after the qualifying purchase is made, you will then be notified via email.
Already in a Tier
Once you are enrolled into your loyalty tier, you’ll remain on this membership for 12 months. You have the opportunity to be upgraded but will not drop-down during this time. When your membership restarts, you will either remain, be upgraded or drop down a tier depending on your spend.
